Latest 24 bit DAC equipped with four digital inputs system
The DX71mkII is equipped with four digital inputs system to provide compatibility with a variety of the latest media including DVD. The compatible input formats are AES/EBU (XLR), COAX (RCA), OPTICAL (TOS) and CEC Super Link. All four inputs can be connected at the same time and the can be switched using the remote control. All media from 32kHz to 96kHz can be used for input. Also the DX71mkII is equipped with 2 chip of the latest DAC. It comprises newly developed DEM (dynamic element matching) circuits, 3rd-order ∑Δnoise shaper and 31 level quantizer realize super low total harmonic distortion and wide dynamic range.

Four analog outputs including variable balance
The signal is precisely balanced in the digital stage, and the painstaking parallel balance circuit design that incorporates two 24 bit DACs reduces distortion by half to increase the signal proceeding speed. The DX71mkII incorporates a high-quality single-end pure A class pre-amp, enabling it to drive a power amp directly. The volume control uses four 100 steps, high-precision potentiometers, and by digitally controlling the resistance value, exceptional sound quality and smooth volume control are achieved.
